Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Here's a recipe for a Fresh Cranberry Sauce I made for Thanksgiving. It adds a needed freshness to a heavy Thanksgiving or Christmas meal. We enjoy it with less honey and a more sour taste but add more sweetener if you like.
Open up a bag of fresh cranberries, a small seedless orange, a medium cored & quartered apple, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of water and put all these in your food processor. Pulse 3 times, 3-4 seconds each time. Then refrigerate for a day or at least a few hours.Stir before serving. You could even make this 2 days ahead! The longer it sits the more the flavors come out!
