Gettysburg and Independence Day

On July 3rd we filled all the seats in our van and drove up to the 150th Anniversary Commemoration of the 3rd day of the Battle of Gettysburg.  Here are some pictures from the time.  The day included drenching rain, intense sun, lots of driving, lots of standing on busses in grid-lock traffic, a long witnessing conversation with someone on the bus, marching, and walking several miles to beat the traffic, plus good fellowship with friends.  All of that put together made for a very exciting, fun, and fruitful day.

For Independence Day, we spent the day with the same friends and enjoyed fireworks in the evening.
